When our team started growing, so did the mess.
Tasks were scattered in chat threads, hours were logged in random Excel sheets, and project updates came a week too late. We were spending more time keeping track of work than actually doing it.
We tried tools like Monday, ClickUp, and a few time-clock apps, but they didn’t fit how we actually worked.
That’s when we decided to build something of our own - something simple, practical, and shaped around how we work.

The turning point came when we realised no off-the-shelf app really understood a shared service business like ours - where finance, HR, and operations overlap every single day.

How We Built It
We started small - a prototype designed by our IT team, shaped by feedback from HR and finance. It was truly a cross-team collaboration. HR wanted easier attendance tracking, Finance wanted cleaner data, and project leads just wanted fewer messages about timesheets.
Our tech team listened, laughed, and then built what everyone needed - a system smart enough to run our business but simple enough for anyone to use. Laravel and React gave it the bones. Our people gave it life.
