This was built from day-to-day reality. Finance mapped the pain points, team leads explained where verification slowed down, and IT built the workflow around Nucleus, so everything stayed connected.
We kept it practical: easy to use, easy to review, and designed to reduce back-and-forth - especially during billing time.
