Four Symmetrons’ story began in 2017 at a café table where four friends found themselves deep in conversation, not just reminiscing about the old times but envisioning a new way of doing business. What started as an idea soon evolved into a mission, laying the foundation for Four Symmetrons - a company driven by meaningful impact and a shared vision for a better way forward.
For one of the founders, Damodar Paudel, the journey had deeper roots. Throughout life, a foundation had provided him with access to education, opening doors to knowledge and opportunity. That support created a lasting bond with the Netherlands - a connection that would later influence the direction of Four Symmetrons in ways they couldn’t yet foresee.
In 2002, Damodar met a Dutch volunteer during a charitable project in Nepal. Nearly 20 years later, they reconnected - this time, the former volunteer was leading a prominent Dutch company as its CEO. What began as a reunion quickly turned into a professional opportunity. Recognizing shared values, they decided to work on a pilot project where Four Symmetrons would provide outsourcing services to the Dutch company. This marked Four Symmetrons’ first global presence, setting the stage for the company’s future trajectory and solidifying its focus on providing efficient and reliable outsourcing solutions.
From that cafe table to boardroom meetings, from an idea among friends to a growing company, Four Symmetrons has continued to evolve. The foundation remains the same - friendship, trust, and a shared belief in doing things differently. What started as a conversation over tea has turned into a purposeful movement, and the journey is only just beginning.
