What happens when four friends share one vision? You get a name as unique as the journey - Four Symmetrons.
It all started with four friends who were driven, ambitious, and always in sync. They shared a symmetrical vision of doing business differently and building something meaningful in Nepal. When it came time to name their venture, one idea stood out: Symmetron, a word that signifies balance, proportion, and things working in harmony. But there was one problem. Symmetron had no plural form.
So, they created one. And just like that, Four Symmetrons was born: four perspectives, four pillars, working as one.
Why "Symmetron"?
The word Symmetron has roots in Greek, where “sym” means together and “metron” means measure. It’s all about things fitting perfectly, just like a well-balanced team. Imagine the four corners of a square, the four cardinal directions, or four interlocking puzzle pieces - distinct yet essential to the whole.
But there’s more.
In modern physics, there’s a hypothetical concept called the Symmetron Field, a hypothetical force, an unseen balance that may help explain the mysterious expansion of the universe. Some even call it the fifth force. While we’re not exactly controlling the universe (yet), we love the idea that Symmetron represents something powerful but unseen, just like the forces that drive great businesses. So how does this connect to us? Well, we like to think of Four Symmetrons as a company that operates like an invisible force behind the scenes—creating stability, efficiency, and balance in businesses, just like a hidden force brings order to the universe.
What Four Symmetrons Stands For
At Four Symmetrons, we believe that great businesses, like great structures are built on balance, trust, and collaboration. Our name reflects our foundation: four founders, four pillars of strength, and one unified vision.
We don’t just aim for symmetry in our name. We bring it to our work. Because when everything is in sync, business flows better.
And that’s exactly what we deliver.
